To Russia with love

Donation protected
I am raising enough money to put a big Win in my battle with Multiple Sclerosis. In the year 2014 I was diagnosed with MS and I subsequently lost the ability to walk a straight line (I have a hard time with balance). I have lost about 80% of my core strength and I'm only capable of walking about a quarter mile. I am also unable to work.

The procedure that I am trying to raise money for is done in Russia. This procedure is called Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT). It is a procedure where your stem cells are harvested and frozen then you are given a lethal dose of chemo therapy that eradicates your immune system. If you survive, then clean stem cells are re-introduced and your immune system is reset. It takes approximately a month in the hospital in quarantine. It is the first treatment that has ever cured MS. It is approximately 80 through 95% effective, and it also improved the outcome of the few people that it did not totally cure. Also it relieves people with MS from taking interferon for the rest of their lives. Basically it's a miracle.

For those that know me, I have always said yes living to the fullest, therefore if you help me I will dance with you or for you whenever you call me, or talk to me, or email me. It is a no-brainer for me to take the risk for this procedure as the prognosis for people with MS is awful.

Thanks for taking time to look at this.
