To Friends, Family and Others,
This campaign is on behalf of a dear friend, Jen Lyon, who lost her Mother, Father, Brother, Aunt and even her dog all within a few months of each other last year. Jen now is moving into her family’s Farmhouse that is in much needed repair and she has been trying to do all of these repairs by herself while coping with the loss of her entire family.
The house is severely dilapidated and needs a new roof, new plumbing, new wiring, new windows, there is mold and water damage as well as a remaining hefty mortgage that is going into foreclosure. Selling the property is not an option as Jen it is the only connection to her family besides she needs a place to live. The financial burden of changes jobs due to their illnesses before their passing and subsequent funerals caused a deep financial strain in which Jen has now lost her own home causing her to have to move into this dilapidated house. She has spent most of her career as a Paramedic.
Jen didn't ask for this campaign but we, her friends, have taken it upon ourselves to help. So here we are, humbly asking you to donate to this cause so we can help ease her financial burden and hopefully give her some peace of mind.
