Help Johnny with medical expenses

My Dad currently has 40% function of his lungs due to fluid build up. The doctors have told him that the only fix is surgery to drain his lungs and repair the damaged tissue that is keeping his lungs from draining naturally. He was told that he could stop breathing at any time and his only hope is a rescue inhaler. The surgery will cost them at least $6,000 out of pocket, that they don’t have. I am in the military and will be deploying soon. I’m hoping to help them pay for the surgery so I can deploy knowing that he will be well when I get back home. Due to his health condition he hasn’t been able to meet his newest granddaughter, my 3 month old. Please help him regain his outgoing personality and passion for life. Thank you for your help!
