Help me save my brother.

My brother has fallen into drug abuse due to severe mental health issues.  I have had the police,  mental health/substance abuse counselors, and several other authority members tell me that the only thing that will save my brothers life will be to have the ability to make all decisions for my brother.  Missouri doesn't allow self representation for adult guardianship.  I have to have an attorney.  I've reached out to several and 1500 is the retainer fee.  I don't have that in my pocket and can't afford it right now.  If necessary,  I can explain alot more but the main thing is, if I don't get this guardianship, he will not make it through this. We can't make him do anything and he isn't making good decisions.  I'm not just referring to getting high, I'm talking about MAJOR risk taking,  breaking MAJOR laws, making dope dealers mad enough to cut him (hence the blood running down his throat.) I need help with the funds to get this process under way. Police said they will do anything in their power to make this happen,  the hospital backs me, the counselors back me. I need you all to back me. He's going to hate me. I know this. To everyone who doesn't know him, he's just another dope head but to me, he's my baby brother.  This isn't the normal request,  I know that. But I HAVE to do something and this is my only hope.  Please help me save him.
