Tough Mudder Run for East Midlands Parkinson’s
Myself and my work colleagues are organising a fundraiser over the summer for the Parkinson's Association of Ireland. There are 12,000 people in Ireland living with Parkinson's Disease and that number is rising every year. While there is still no cure, scientists are making more and more breakthroughs in this field which is why fundraising is incredibly important at the minute. My Dad is one of those 12,000 people and since his diagnosis last year the Association have provided fantastic support to my family.
I've decided on doing Tough Mudder on either Saturday or Sunday 20/21st July. This is sure to be a great way of raising funds all whilst laughing heartily at other people's failure to complete an obstacle course in Meath.
My family and I would really appreciate everyone's support. Thank you.
