Tens of thousands of people will be displaced for weeks, maybe months, with little access to food, shelter, or medicine. Texans who are struggling to cope with the impact of Hurricane Harvey, including wondering where their next meal will come from. Everyone has been sending sentiments and asking "what can we do to help"?
