Help with surgery for a US Veteran

Jim and Carla (my in-laws) are wonderfully giving people and will do anything for anybody. Jim served his country in the US Army as a paratrooper and was honorably discharged, and Carla has dedicated her life to working with special needs children. On August the 1st 2017 tragedy struck them hard, Jim was rushed to the hospital with chest pains, and after extensive examinations, he will have to have a 5 bypass surgery. While that is horrible it doesn't justify a fundable situation as they have (had) insurance. 

Here is where their story changes for the worse. While in the ER waiting room, Carla receives a call that her company Concentra will be closing her clinic and gave her 31 days notice. The news hit like a ton of bricks and now with no income and the eventual loss of employer contributions to healthcare the dire situation is too much to bear. 

So I am reaching out to the kind people of the internet to pay it forward and help two truly genuine individuals. If you see it in your hearts to help we thank you tremendously.  Please share this story and let's help our fellow man.
