Bud Budinger's Funeral Request

William J. (Bud) Budinger’s life changed in June of 2013 when he was diagnosed with stage 4 male breast cancer. Since then, Bud has put up a fight that has exceeded all expectations. He has continued to shock family, friends, and doctors with his will, his strength, and his fight to win. Unfortunately, this very long battle with cancer has resulted with him becoming very tired and weak. Recently, Bud has been placed under hospice care at his home Clayton Delaware. The hospice staff and his family are doing their very best to make sure he is as comfortable as he can possibly be until his time here on earth is done. 

Just days ago, it was recommended to his family that it was time to pick a funeral home and burial location, as well as urging any family and friends to visit Bud as soon as possible. During this time, Bud had only one request, which was to have his services held at Spicer and Milligan Funeral Home located in New Castle Delaware. This facility is near his old stomping grounds and feels that it’s where his services need to be held. 

The benefits we held in the past for Bud have tremendously helped him with covering his traveling to hospitals, doctor visits, medications, and even saving their home from foreclosure! He was truly touched and forever grateful.
