Rally for Jay Washington

Over the last week, stand up comedian, The Trusty Sidekick/Collider/Screen Junkies internet personality, and more importantly our friend, Jay Washington, had to undergo emergency surgery for a virus in his throat. We're hoping to raise money for him for all his bills, but instead of hearing it from me, I'll let the man himself take it away:

"Hello ladies and gentlemen friends and associates. Let me start off by saying doing this is weird. But I feel I've hit the point where well i need to. As you know on Tuesday, February 6th, 2018, after two prior trips to the emergency room with what was believed to be just a extremely sore throat, I had to have an emergency tracheostomy to keep my airway open due to what was discovered as a Ruptured abcess inside of my throat that coated it in pus and air. Now in recovery, I'm being bombarded with antibiotics and steroids but the recovery process is going to be a while and oh yeah I forgot ....I can't talk. My voice is 95% of how I make my living from standup, podcasting, internet hosting, acting and more. As of not being able to I'm falling behind of things (i.e rent, cellphone/Internet, sending money to my kids). Trust me I do not want to be in this position, I know how to work to get out of it, but I'm at the point in which I cannot, which is why we are here. Any help is worthwhile and utterly appreciated and I guarantee you will be part of a bounce back story only talked about in fiction. "
