The Margaret Bosco Bal Sadan (MBBS) orphanage, in Goa, India, is home for 55 to 65 boys, aged 7 to 18. All are from difficult home and family situations.

At MBBS they are safe, well fed, and giving the chance of a good education.

One thing they virtually all have in common is an absolute passion for playing football/soccer.

From early December 2017, to April this year, I was there, volunteering to coach the game, it was where I lived. This December I return for another four months.

While in Goa, I also coached at a junior school that caters for street children, boys and girls.

I hope to go back there a third time in 2019-2020, with the aim of building a program that improves their ability, and also gives increased enjoyment and opportunities.

While at the same time adding a confidence in themselves that is reflected in academic achievement.

For this purpose I am asking for your help.

The smallest donation will make a difference to the quality of life and, hopefully, to the future of these children.

Money raised will be used to fund the program for the next three years. Aimed at equipment, transport, hiring facilities, and, in direct relation to education, extra tuition.

Every donation will help! Every dollar will go to the children.
