Every Christmas, millions of families facing poverty struggle to provide gifts for their children. Millions of children struggle to feel valued and find joy during the holidays. Let's give them something to smile about!
As an author and Grand Rapids native, I invite you to help me bring joy to underprivileged families in West Michigan by putting a book in their hands and socks on their feet. For every $8 donated, a family will receive a Christmas gift of my latest children's book, The Misadventures of Melvin the Missing Sock, along with accompanying socks to keep them and their kiddos warm. To make this happen, Mel Trotter Ministries has agreed to partner with me in distributing these books and socks in our local community.
It breaks my heart to think of all the children right in our community who have never received a Christmas present. Who wake up each morning hoping their mom or dad can find a meal for the day. It would be such a blessing to know that my book reached the hands of little ones like this! Will you help me in bringing this story of redemption and purpose to them?

1) Every $8 will provide one book and one pair of socks. Donations of any size are accepted!
2) All donations must be submitted by Friday, December 18.
3) If you would like to send a personalized Christmas message for a child, written inside your sponsored copy, contact me directly and I will add it for you!
