Please help our family!

As most of you may know our family has suffered tremendous losses this year, starting with us loosing Jerry’s mother ,followed by my grandmother. In August Jerry was diagnosed with end stage kidney failure with less than 10% kidney function at Uccon Medical center. He was hospitalized for almost 2 weeks .He has a hereditary disease called Polycystic Kidney Disease. It is an irreversible disease, and now has to be on Diyalasis three times a week. He also has had many procedures since then,along with a surgery and is scheduled for another this month. He has been told he needs a kidney transplant and the wait for a kidney is anywhere from a 3 to 5 years. He has also been to many many doctors appointments in between Diyalasis days. Due to all of this my husband cannot go back to the job he has worked at for 9 years. He has been the sole provider for our family. I work a part time job and have missed a lot of work also. We also just found out that the house my grandmother bought us when we got married 8 years ago we can no longer live, due to her passing away and now have to move. All of this has been a huge emotional,physical and financial strain on our little family. Anyone who knows us knows how hard it is for us to ask for help,but we are putting our pride aside especially with the holidays coming so quickly.
