Purely Palmer

On Friday, October 27th our very good friend was struck by a vehicle while enjoying her daily bike ride. Kate (@purely_palmer) has been riding for years, is an elite cyclist, and inspires thousands by sharing her life's journey. She touches peoples’ lives both in person and on her Instagram platiform. Tragically, she has been confined to a hospital bed with a concussion, small brain bleed, 7 fractured  vertebrae, 2 broken ribs, nerve bundle damage and a broken shoulder in need of a highly complicated and rare surgery, instestinal damage that will require surgery, profound autonomic dysfunction and still other evolving health complications. The road to recovery will be a long one for her and it is yet to be determined if she will even be able to return to her previous lifestyle. She is enduring great amounts of pain as she awaits surgery. Her family has been by her side every moment and I would deeply appreciate any help we can offer her through this time. Any amount to offset medical costs, rehabilitation, and living expense while she focuses on regaining her health would be so valued and greatly appreciated.
