<div>Hello! My name is Ziya Faulkner. I am a senior at Purdue University. My major is Japanese, and my minor is Korean. This year, I applied to Purdue's Japan Around New Year's Study Program and was accepted. <strong>This is a 3-credit course that counts toward both the Japanese major and minor, as well as the Asian Studies major/minor.</strong> The program includes an 11-day trip to Japan, running from December 27, 2025, to January 7, 2026. This program allows students to experience the New Year in Japan. We will visit 3 cities: Tokyo, Kamakura, and Nagoya. I know that you are all busy with your own lives and with everything that has been happening. If you can, please consider donating to this trip. It would really mean a lot.
