Purchase of a wheelchair for my brother

My little brother, Yannik was in a motorcycle accident at the age of 20. He became quadriplegic (paralyzed from neck down) . Since, his life has completely changed and he has lost his mobility. He recently received a service dog that helps him with some tasks that we often see as easy like the opening of a door. Yannik has been struggling with his health since his accident to the point he has been hospitalized numerous time with health issues. He never asked for anything since his accident but his chair is getting out dated and he would benefit from another one. A wheelchair is his main equipment to provide him with a little mobility.  He needs to bring his dog out many times a day and it’s not really easy with our cold, icy, Canadian winters. This new chair will be so beneficial for him and will become part of his life. With his low income, there is no way he can afford another chair.
