<div>Hi My name is Hayley on Sunday 7th June 2026 I will be taking part in my first half marathon
</div>
<div>But this run is about more than just crossing a finish line. We’re taking this on to raise money for a defibrillator for Body &amp; Soul Gym, not only for the gym members but also the local community so they can have access to something that could one day save a life ❤️

<div>Never in a million years did I think I’d be able to say I’m taking on a HALF MARATHON ✨
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Since starting my fitness journey and losing over 12 stone, I’ve pushed myself in ways I never thought possible… but this is without a doubt the biggest challenge yet. The training hasn’t been easy. There’s been hard runs, self doubt, injuries, setbacks and days where I questioned if I could even do it. But every setback has taught me how strong I really am
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And to make it even more special, I’ll be doing it alongside my brother who somehow thinks doing a half marathon in a weighted vest is a good idea Honestly though, I couldn’t ask for a better person beside me through this challenge. He’s pushed me, believed in me and reminded me what I’m capable of even on the days I forgot myself.

<div>Body &amp; Soul has given me so much more than just a place to train. It helped me find myself again. It gave me confidence, support, friendships and a community that has shown me nothing but love from the very beginning. This is my way of giving something back to a place that has genuinely changed my life ✨
