Hurricane Survivors Need Help

Nilsa is a women who lives in Puerto Rico. She rescues dogs that have been surrendered, abondonded and living on the streets of Puerto Rico. Before Hurricane Maria struck the island of Puerto Rico, Nilsa received a phone call from a disabled women who found herself with a litter of puppies. There are 11 all together.
Nilsa works hard to do everything she can to help everyone who is in need. She believes it is her ministry to God.
When the Hurricane ripped thru the island it destroyed everything in its path. Including NIlsa's ability to communicate or get to the women. Everyday Nilsa thought of the puppies and whether or not they had survived. How would a disabled women get food and water to them? 
Finally after 3 weeks the streets were cleared enough for Nilsa to make her way to the house. She was elated to learn they had survived and thriving.  
She brought the puppies to the clinic for for basic medical care. 
SInce Nilsa didn't have a nearby foster for them she had to leave them in paid boarding for weeks. The bill rose to $600. When the time came for them to fly to the states the airline cancelled the flight, 2 times! 
The puppies cannot stay in boarding and Nilsa doesn't have any more room for 11 puppies in her house. They need a home. They deserve a home. They are growing and deserve a fullfilling life. She has so many other fosters waiting for placement. 
The available airline reservations have been booked until January. Another airline offers earlier flights but the cost is very high. 
Help Nilsa get the puppies flown out of Puerto Rico and off to reputable rescues or private adopters. 
Please the epidemic of animals in despair has reached an all time high. 
The status of Puerto Rico's well being for people and animals alike is NOT improving. There is still no electric, limited bottled water and food. The lines to get the bare necessities are hours long and supplies are limited.
