Pumpkin is perfect dreamsicle pulled from Chicago Animal Care and Control right before he was going to be put down.
His rear leg had an older fracture that we were unable to correct, so he had to have it amputated. He also has a bit of a kitty cold and needed a neuter, but otherwise he is young, healthy, friendly, and ready to party.
His surgery was 10/9, with an overnight stay, so I can update y'all tonight when he's back recovering.
This is obviously more than I usually take on, but I couldn't say no to his dumb cute little face.
Dirty secret- Castleblackpaw is one person. Yep. One person. And I'm on permanent social security disability. I started trapping cats as a way to stay busy and it kind of took over my life.
Anything left over will go into a medical fund for future cats like this bubs.
