PUMP UP THE PATRIOTS
The Albemarle (AHS) Patriots need your assistance in raising $20,000+ to upgrade our Fitness and Weight Room facilities. The AHS strength and conditioning facilities and equipment were last updated nearly 20 years ago. You’ve all been a part of our PATRIOT SPIRIT in one way or the other and know the pride that each of our student-athletes feel when they’re on the field, court, pitch, track, course or pool representing our school. Patriot pride stems from the relationships formed between teammates, but it also comes from the confidence knowing you’re physically prepared to compete. We desperately need to replace old/rusted plates and dumbbells to more compact and efficient equipment so that all of our Patriots, regardless of gender or sport, can safely and effectively train and be inspired to be their best.
Your donation to this PUMP UP THE PATRIOTS campaign, $25, $50, $100, or more, will have a significant & immediate impact on our ability to complete this project and better support our student-athletes. Your donation will enable us to provide new weight racks, dumbbells, weight benches, weight room flooring, mirrors and other equipment that will help facilitate a quality training facility. An estimated $15,000 has been invested into the project by the Athletics Department and our AHS teams. This is truly an A TOWN community effort - one that cannot be accomplished without your unwavering love and support.
