When Benjamin Franklin said this back in 1776 upon the signing of the Declaration of Independence, I'm pretty sure he didn't have pullups in mind.  But 2020 has been a weird year, so now we are talking pullups. How does 4,030 pullups in 17 hours sound?  I am going to be taking on Navy SEAL David Goggins' personal pullup record to raise money and awareness for our military veterans.   Not only that, but you can watch me do it!  On Tuesday December 22, I'll be livestreaming the entire event over Instagram (@RyanMurphy804).
