Puerto Rico Community Service Trip for CVHS 2020

I'm on a mission to lead 10 highly motivated high school 11th & 12th graders on an amazing community service/cultural immersion trip down to Puerto Rico, a U.S. commonwealth in March 2020 for an experience of a lifetime.
My wonderful students will be fundraising relentlessly leading up to Spring 2020 in an effort to to make a difference in their world around them.
I'm setting up a Travel Opportunity Fund to help our students out, so they participate in this amazing social impact endeavor. Each student will have to fundraise $1,500 for the entire cost of the one-week experience.
Please donate $5, $10 or whatever you can provide for our students!
This trip will allow my students to:
1) Earn 8 hours of community service to assist with Hurricane Maria recovery efforts. Example projects will include helping to rebuild a house through SBP - Puerto Rico (AmeriCorps) and trail clean up with the U.S. Forest Service.
2) Spend a day at a K-12 school on the island for a cultural exchange experience interacting with students.
3) Hike at El Yunque National Forest which is the only designated rainforest in the U.S.
4) Immerse themselves in Puerto Rican culture, food, language, art, history and nature through walking tours in Old San Juan.
5) Kayak at the Bioluminescence Bay in Fajardo.
