Read books, plant trees...publish Verdy

I am a children's book illustrator with a passion for nature and our environment. The book that I am trying to publish with your donations is a story about a creature call Verdy, he cares for the flora and fauna of the woods. The story shows the magic of nature and how important it is to protect it.

Knowledge is our most powerful defence against the destruction of the environment, thats why books and story telling is so, so important. Getting children interested in nature is key and that is what I aim for with Verdy. 

The book is a wordless picture book, designed to cross language barriers and be accessible to all.

So always remember that trees are the lungs of our Planet; They clean the very air that we breathe and we exhale the air that they need. Trees and people need each other.

I already have a publisher lined up and I hope that by publishing the book and getting it out into the world that we can save some of our precious trees and wildlife.
