<div>Hi, my name is Chris also known as Papa Croc, and I have wrote a book that comes from a place of deep pain, powerful lessons, and a heartfelt desire to make a difference.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In 2019, I lost one of my best friends to suicide. In 2024, another close friend was diagnosed with testicular cancer. Both of these life-shattering events shook me to the core — not just emotionally, but mentally, spiritually, and physically. They also forced me to confront something that many men struggle with in silence: mental health.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I realized how often we miss the signs. How often we, as men, are taught to “man up,” stay silent, and push through. And how dangerous that silence can be.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That’s why I’ve poured my heart into writing this book — raw, honest, and real — about what it looks like when a man is struggling, and more importantly, how we can help. This book is filled with personal stories, lessons learned, and practical guidance on recognizing the signs, starting conversations, and offering support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This isn’t just a book — it’s a mission.
</div>
<div>To help men feel seen.
</div>
<div>To help loved ones know what to look for.
</div>
<div>To break the silence around men’s mental health.
</div>
<div>And, I hope… to save lives.
</div>

<div>Why I Need Your Help
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Publishing a book, especially independently, comes with costs — editing, cover design, formatting, ISBN registration, marketing, and printing. I’ve come as far as I can on my own, but I now need your help to get it over the finish line and into the hands of those who need it most.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every contribution, no matter how small, will help me take this final step. And if you can’t donate, simply sharing this campaign means the world to me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If this book helps just one man feel understood, one friend step in at the right moment, or one family avoid heartbreak — it will all be worth it.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you so much for reading, supporting, and being part of this journey.
</div>
<div>Let’s change the conversation. Let’s save lives.
</div>
