Help get a man back on his feet

In September 2019, Philip (my dad) suffered a major stroke turning his and our world upside down.
He has been left wheelchair bound, unable to move his left side and very little vision.
Since leaving hospital we have found no/little support for his rehab as his condition is not seen as permanent as some people do recover from strokes however we understand that lots don't and are left with life changing conditions which looks likely in this case.
As a husband, Dad and Grandad, Philip is no longer able to live the life he enjoyed so much and thus seen some very dark days.
Physically Philip needs so much more support with Physio however government funding means you only get 6 weeks and then you are on your own which means my mum who had a heart attack herself a few years ago is left trying to move and help Philip who is not a light man and this is impossible at times.
Mentally Philip and Karen (my mum) need to be able to look forward to think about what there future will now look like and this is very hard to stay positive.
Financially - Philip is unable to work and Karen is now his carer as he even unable to go to the loo himself so she cares for him night and day so neither of them are able to work thus no money coming in.
With a heavy heart we are looking to raise funds to help pay for more physio to help get Philip back on his feet, to help with the financial burden of no incomes coming in and mentally giving our family some things to look forward to to take the pressure of an already impossible situation.
As a family always looking to help others including many fund raisers for cancer charities and my work with Bliss and mum even spent lots of time knitting for the premmie babies in hospital after my son was born at 25 weeks. I would really appreciate any help anyone can give no matter how small as I need to give my Mum and Dad some hope back in what seems a very dark tunnel.
