Chad was in a work related accident on Tuesday evening, June 13th, where he fell off of the back of his truck and suffered a serious head injury. He is currently at Vanderbilt Hospital in critical care. As with any accident, there are bills and unexpected expenses that come along so we are asking you to consider donating to their GoFundMe account to help ease these burdens.
