<div>Éste proyecto es un lugar en donde quiero expresar la visión que tengo no sólo del café, sino de la forma de hacer y compartir cafés mexicanos de alta calidad. Alta calidad humana, sensorial y gastronómica.

<div>Y en todos los elementos, resignificar, con amor, pasión, excelencia y hospitalidad lo local: lo hecho en México.

<div>Así, honrar el entusiasmo de hacer las cosas bien y utilizar el negocio como catapulta al desarrollo del ser humano que colabora en el proyecto; desde quien siembra, hasta quien extrae. Quien diseña, quien arma, quien lo toma.

<div>El objetivo es claro: <em>Ser una referencia en</em>

<div>La suma asciende a más de medio millón de pesos ($610,000). Afortunadamente durante los últimos años he tenido la oportunidad de poder ahorrar una cierta cantidad (cerca de $230,000) que me animó a empezar con esta aventura. Sin embargo aún estoy lejos de poder lograr la suma requerida.

<div>He solicitado un préstamo para poder avanzar y parte de las donaciones, se utilizarán para poder pagar ese préstamo más sus intereses. Es por esto que la meta de donación de la campaña es de $380,000.

<div>¿Cómo utilizaremos los fondos?

<div>Se usarán en 3 categorías principales:

<div>La adquisición de la maquina de espresso, molinos, refrigerador, congelador, ósmosis inversa (agua), punto de venta, vajilla, horno eléctrico, etc.

<div><strong>2.- Local comercial</strong>
</div>
<div>Incluye el desarrollo del proyecto arquitectónico y su implementación (remodelación).

<div>Aquí entra el pago a los arquitectos, albañiles, herreros, plomeros, eléctricos y la creación de diferentes mobiliarios como la barra, banca, el mueble para almacén, sus acabados, etc.
</div>
<div>También se consideran permisos operativos como certificados de uso de suelo, avisos de funcionamiento y una póliza de seguro que el gobierno obliga tener.

<div><strong>3.- Operación real</strong>
</div>
<div>Ésta categoría contempla los gastos operativos de abrir un negocio, es como lo que cuesta arrancar y prender el auto por primera vez para echarlo a andar.
</div>

<div>Esto incluye los primeros insumos que se venderán (el primer stock): café, leches, infusiones, panadería, chocolate, hielo, helado, etc. Y todo lo que se necesita para prepararlos: agua, luz, filtros, servilletas, bolsas, vasos desechables, la renta del local, pagos contables y muy importante: nóminas y sus prestaciones de ley (Seguro, Afore, Infonavit).

<div>También en esta categoría están incluidos los uniformes y la mercancía propia que será vendida, como playeras, sus diseños y manufactura.
</div>
<div>Igualmente se considera el diseño de los vasos, el menú, las bolsas de café y elementos que aporten a la identidad del proyecto.

<li>Ésta categoría contempla una inversión de $150,000.

<div>Un detalle importante sobre cómo funciona la plataforma de recaudación: para alcanzar la meta neta de $380,000, necesitamos considerar los costos que la plataforma nos cobra por cada donación:

<div>• 2.9% de comisión sobre el monto donado
</div>
<div>• $5 MXN por cada transacción
</div>
<div>Si recibimos 1000 donaciones, necesitamos recaudar un total de $396,497.43 MXN para que, después de comisiones, se nos depositen los $380,000 MXN que se tienen como meta.
