<div>Hello, my name is Duncan Edwards, and I’m incredibly proud to share that I’ve been selected for the England Over-45s Masters Squad, to compete at the Hockey Masters World Cup in Rotterdam in July 2026.
</div>

</div>
<div>Twelve years ago, after undergoing spinal surgery, I was told by doctors that I would never play hockey again. Coming to terms with that was tough — hockey has always been a huge part of my life. After years of rehab and training I returned to hockey. So to now be selected for the first time to play international hockey feels surreal and really exciting.

</div>
<div>Representing my country has been a lifelong dream, and being chosen for this squad is a huge achievement. I want to give everything I have to perform to the best of my ability and do England proud.
</div>
<div>This trip is entirely self-funded. Alongside the demands of training, the costs include:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>* Training fees
</div>
<div>* Transport to training
</div>
<div>* Flights
</div>
<div>* Team kit
</div>
<div>* Accommodation
</div>
<div>* Catering and tournament expenses
</div>
<div>* Loss of earnings
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>All of this comes at a time when my partner and I also have a 6-month-old baby, making the financial commitment especially challenging.
</div>
<div>The total cost of attending the World Cup is approximately £4,500. I’m hoping to raise £2,500. Funds will help cover the essential costs of flights, kit, and accommodation.
</div>
<div>Any donation, big or small, would genuinely mean the world to us. If you’re unable to donate, simply sharing this page would be hugely appreciated. Thank you so much for your support, encouragement, and belief — it truly means everything.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for taking the time to read this, and all the best.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Duncan
