Support Chamikara's family!

Dear Colleagues and Friends,
As you may all be aware, last Thursday night our colleague and friend Chamikara had a medical emergency which resulted in him being medically evacuated to a hospital in Nairobi.
Sadly last night Chamikara has passed away in Nairobi Hospital.
As his family and the CITS family grieves and mourns his loss, we ask that you keep the family and relatives of Chamikara in your prayers.
In order to offer his family some additional support we would like to ask from all of you to donate an amount, no matter how small or big, to give them some financial resilience in the difficult times ahead.
Following information is added in order to comply with Gofundme terms and conditions:
My name is Mark Polane and I am a colleague of Chamikara.
I am from the Netherlands but work in the United Nations Regional Service Center in Entebbe Uganda for the Regional ICT Service.
My relationship to the parties we are raising funds for is that of a colleague, Chamikara's surviving wife is a colleague and works with me in the same department.
The funds collected are intended to be used to support the family to meet expenses made for the treatment and repatriation of Chamikara's body and any other expensis that they may have during these trying times.
The intention is that the family will withdraw the money direct, however we need to verify if this will be possible due to certain country limitations.
