Providing Opportunities for Creators

Hi my name is Ken,

I am the owner and CEO of Nippon Bro Production. I also have a YouTube channel called “Ken Kusumoto”.

About one year ago I had an idea to start a YouTube career and put my full time to making videos about photography and videography, but also with a dash of entrepreneurship. I have done many businesses before but this one hits home for me because it’s something I’m passionate about. Also I’m not a guy who usually asks for donations for my own sake but this one is not for me.

I consider my YouTube channel and company our company, yes you, the one reading this right now.

The whole point of the company to exist in the first place and to start this YouTube channel is to be able to hire people from around the world no matter where you live for photography and videography niche. Of course there will be office and clerical workers to be hired as well.

A lot of people around the world lost their jobs due to the pandemic and I want to give back by being able to provide opportunities for people that are not able to get the resources they need to further their career in the photography and film making niche. The money will be used to express the company to new heights to be able to hire people all around the world and I’m not just hiring by doing resume reviews. I’m hiring based on your work as a photographer or videographer on YouTube or Instagram as your portfolio.

I am using social media as a new avenue to revolutionize the way we hire people in the 21st century but of course there will be a zoom call interview as well.

I will create a separate channel as I get people involved to create content and will evolve into a channel created by the people and viewed by the people. It will be a channel where creatives will be able to have their video be featured on the channel and get recognized for their work and potentially land a client work based on where they live around the world and use the channel as a portfolio to be able to capture that audience.
