Providence Educational Foundation

Any gift amount to the Providence Educational Foundation is important because your support helps the mission of our pilot school, Providence Hall, to continue. Gifts can be made with a check, securities, and employer matching gifts throughout the giving year, July 1st to June 30th.  Gifts may also be made in installments through the same time frame, or spread across multiple years. Contributions to the Providence Educational Foundation are tax deductible to the full extent of the law and will be acknowledged promptly in writing for tax purposes.

Gifts of Cash Traditionally, the majority of gifts made to the Providence Education Foundation come in the form of cash. A gift of cash entitles a donor to the most generous federal income tax deduction available for charitable contributions.

Marketable Securities A gift of appreciated securities that you have held for more than one year is frequently the most economical way to give. You will be eligible to take a federal income tax deduction equal to the fair market value of the stock (some restrictions do exist) on the date of the gift for up to thirty percent of your adjusted gross income and will not have to recognize the appreciation as capital gain. Planned Gifts The Providence Education Foundation greatly encourages and appreciates future gifts made through one's estate.  A planned gift to PEF will help ensure that your principles and beliefs will be passed on for generations to come.
