Provide supplies to the Ukrainian refugees

THE UKRAINE REFUGEE ASSISTANCE PROJECT

We’ve all seen and heard the stories about the thousands of Ukrainians - mostly women and children - flooding into neighboring countries to escape the horrors of the Russian invasion. As a result, many of us have donated money to the cause, not knowing where that money will end up.

We are planning a “Personal Assistance Trip” and are asking for your monetary help to purchase supplies for the Ukrainian refugees.

Who are we?

We’re three middle aged guys looking to make a difference in the world. Greg Ryan and Rob Grede live in the Milwaukee area. Dale Wilson lives in California. Rather than just sit back and watch the horrors on TV, we’ve decided to take direct action .

TAKING ACTION

We will fly into Vienna, Austria, rent a vehicle, stock it with items that the refugees can use right now and drive them to Przemyśl, a Polish border town where many refugees are arriving. We will deliver medical supplies (bandaids and tourniquets), hygiene (toothbrushes, tampons) and simple Ready-to-eat foods (energy bars).

These supplies will land in the hands of people experiencing the pain and suffering.

Our promise

All travel expenses will be assumed by the three of us. We’ll pay for our air travel, vehicle rentals, gas, food and accommodations out of our own pockets. We have our plane tickets booked for the 2nd week in May and we will remain in the area for a week.

What we need

We’re asking for your help to help fund the supplies. We’ve received assurances of donations from many of our friends and family, but we’re not stopping there. We promise to use these funds ONLY for supplies for the refugees.

If this is a project that you feel is worthwhile, we’d appreciate the assistance in helping us fund it.
