PROUD BAR - 30 Day Challenge

After the months of waiting we have finally finished & opened the extension to our LGBTQ + community venue Proud Bar, Weston-super-Mare BS23 1NA

 

Proud Bar is set up as a not for profit community interest company formed to deliver a community hub for social, physical and emotional support. We are a Hate Crime Reporting Centre for Avon and Somerset Police, a local mental health sign posting service and a go to for sexual health support c/o Eddystone Trust.

 

We can now provide a social safe space for upto 140 people for a Friday or Saturday night out in Weston-super-Mare under the rainbow umbrella - All are Welcome. When the extension part of the venue is not in use it can be hired out as a meeting room for upto 80 people or for birthday parties and other events.

 

This fundraiser is to support the community tradesmen with their already reduced invoices and ensure that they get paid at the earliest opportunity. If you would like to donate into this please do - any amount is welcomed and please share with your friends who may also wish to support.
