#ShieldTheseFaces: PPE for Health Care Heroes

We initially had been able to provide 1,500 face shields for the healthcare workers and first responders at Winthrop Hospital and in the past two weeks have provided another 1,500 through our curbside pick-up event and follow up communications with first responders and healthcare workers  in the area.

Due to overwhelming demand we have begun coordinating PPE pickups directly with those healthcare heroes who still can't get access to this equipment and taking it to them directly. 

We have talked to so many first responders and their family members, loved ones and friends who desperately in need of these shields and have to go to work everyday without the proper safety measures.

Currently we have enough to take us through next week but need approximately $2,000 a week to continue.

Whatever you can spare goes directly to procuring this life saving equipment for the brave first responders on the front lines of this COVID-19 crisis.
