Protection of a corrections officer

These times with our Deputies/Police Officers/Correctional Officers have just gotten way out of control . Someone I know personally was involved in an incident when he was just trying to protect himself so he can go home to his kids and girlfriend. The prison he works at immediately arrested him (at work) and threw him in jail. His girlfriend bailed him out while they both had hopes and prayers that the case would be dropped so, he could continue to protect & serve like he took an oath to do!!!
Case was NOT dropped and he was benched from work immediately that same night which was about 3 weeks ago. In that time he couldn't pay rent, car companies didn't care that he needed a month off payments. So, he had to pack up and leave so he could earn money asap. This case could be dropped next month or could take up to a year to be handled.
In these times more people don't care about the good Deputies/Police Officers /Correctional Officers. They are all grouped into one unit which is not humanity !!!! He just wants to come home to California to be with his kids and girlfriend he deserves justice but when do they ever get justice on their side..... SO I AM BEGGING & PLEADING to please help him His kids need their father back in their life & his girlfriend BACK THE BLUE
