Protect the Rights of Renters!

Hello, God bless all of you that are willing to help! I believe God has put me in the position that I am in currently, because I am a strong, loving minded individual, that seeks for the truth in my life.

On September 8, 2023 I found that my whole apartment, including my health, was exposed to a unsafe environment to live in, due to a mold outbreak. I reach out to the office employee of South Square Apartments, months earlier to try and resolve the problem, they neglected the seriousness of the situation. Now I am homeless and am left to close to nothing I can take with me because of the possibility of future outbreak, in a new home.

After I responded to the office with a letter describing the situation, and asking to be put into an new unit. They responded with a letter from a lawyer saying, I am to sign a break of lease and leave.

I feel bullied by a big corporation that takes advantage of renters by using aggressive, lawful tactics, to undermind the seriousness of peoples health, to long-term mold exposure. I need help from our community to proof that we(as the people) should be protected from unresolved STRUCTURAL problems in places of rent.
