In August 2024, standing in Newport Beach, John's entire world shattered when he discovered she had counterfeit diplomas—she never attended the colleges she claimed, never worked as the professional she said she was. Her entire identity was fabricated.

<div>Both boys repeatedly told their court-appointed advocate (Minor's Counsel) that they didn't want the visits—but none of it was reported to the judge.

<div>One monitor abandoned Ono (10) during a scooter ride to chase after Joe when he tried to run away. Both boys ended up alone and traumatized. When John refused future visits and called out the monitor's incompetence, a retired LAPD Lieutenant was brought in next—and physically restrained Joe when he tried to escape.
