My name is Jefferey, I am a single father of 3 girls ages 1, 3, and 5. My 2 oldest are on the spectrum and non verbal. I have always provided for my daughters and wife, how ever about 9 months ago my wife struggled with mental health and post partum and the situation did not end well unfortunately, leaving me to go from provider to full time care giver. I am doing my best to navigate the benefits my state offers but times are hard and every one is in need and the process is slow. My daughters grew up in the home we live in and it's their safe place and we are on the verge of losing it. My savings is gone and I have no where else to turn to. This is my last resort. I do not want to lose my daughters and home. I've worked consistently with thier development and have made huge leaps this last 9 months. It hurts to think about the possibility of losing them. I'm reaching in all directions for help now in keeping our home and buying my self just a little time to navigate the benefits programs I have available to me. It's a long process and I just don't have any more time to wait on benefits. I've exhausted all resources. Caring for 3 girls coupled with special needs as a single parent is beyond challenging but I am meant for this and these girls. I just need help. Thank you. Any and all funds will go directly to rent $1500 a month and utilities $250-300 a month. I will continue to do my best to provide everything else as I can.
