We're heartbroken over the loss of my loving brother, Joe Gutierrez Rocha, who passed away on Valentine's Day, and we're reaching out for support with his funeral arrangements. Thankfully, the Veterans Administration will cover some of the costs, but we must cover up-front costs first. He passed from prostate cancer.
