<div>We share the sad news of Dr. Zelbert Moore's passing with heavy hearts. Dr. Moore was a beloved professor at SUNY New Paltz and a respected member of the New Paltz community. We want to honor Dr. Moore by celebrating his life with a visitation service and the proper burial he deserves. Dr. Moore was a very proud and private man, and we want to do all we can to uphold that legacy. Therefore we will not reach out to the masses but to a select group who we know would like to contribute to the immediate expenses for his services. Doing this will give his family time to grieve and work to get his financial affairs in order.

<div>All donations will go to the Copeland-Hammerl funeral home located in New Paltz, New York, to cover the expenses associated with this difficult loss. If there are donations collected over the amount of the direct funeral costs, we will use it towards a a scholarship or memorial in his honor. We thank you for your contribution as we prepare to rest our beloved professor and scholar.
