Re3 - Lakota Housing Repairs

Project J-House
The project is named “J” because I am not using the last name of the father.  He is a very proud man and really wants to be able to provide for his family without help.  However, he is desperate and has agreed to see if we can help with his home situation.  J  is a single father of 6 with 3 permanently in the home.

Here is the plan and the needed budget.  (This is a moving target)

House from housing $3000 – the house is truly only a structurally sound frame so renovation is required.

Demolition of trailer, moving house and put on foundation and set up power and water $4000

Roof $2100

Siding $1760

Inside walls and paint $1475

Flooring $3200

Plumbing fixtures $1000

Kitchen counters and sinks $500

A Native Contractor has agreed to working with us and will set the house up.  We will then need work crews next summer to complete the job.
