<div>IRONBOUND is a documentary spotlighting elite vegan athletes breaking barriers in powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, CrossFit, and Olympic lifting. These athletes are often overlooked, yet they’re accomplishing feats once thought impossible, all without consuming animal products.

<div>Ironbound is currently completely self-funded by me and so far, filming has been completed across the U.S. including various areas in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Nevada, California, Chicago, Wisconsin, Virginia, and Oregon as well as internationally - including Ireland, Norway, the UK, Belgium and Austria.

<div>As you can imagine, this has already been VERY expensive for one person to self-fund, but I strongly believe that this story needs to be told because there’s a persistent stereotype that plant-based diets can’t adequately support muscle growth or elite strength. IRONBOUND exists to challenge that through real, tangible evidence: world-class vegan athletes proving it is possible to compete and WIN!

<div>A vegan lifestyle has the potential to directly spare millions - even billions - of animal lives and the suffering that is currently taking place right now across the globe. A plant based diet is also hugely beneficial for the environment and can even benefit various health maladies.

<div>Media is a great distributor of information, and many people are exposed to knowledge about the benefits of a plant based diet through documentaries, especially. There are also hundreds of world class vegan athletes that are currently unheard of that could serve as a huge inspiration to the masses to show that compassion, peak strength and physical conditioning can coincide.

<div>This project isn’t about selling a diet. It’s about:

<li>Letting performance speak for itself. Showing that peak strength and physique development can be achieved with plants alone.

<li>Exploring the ethical and environmental motivations that led these athletes to go and stay vegan and hearing from experts about the beneficial impacts of eating a plant-based diet, especially regarding animal and environmental welfare.

<li>Demonstrating that power, muscularity, and resilience can align with compassion.
</li>
</ul>

<li>Giving visibility to a new generation of diverse, plant-based athletes.

<div>Funds raised will go directly toward supporting the quality and outcome of the film. This includes:
