Project Bliss (TM Teacher Training)

Hello friends! This is Lucie Guest and Chelsea McCooey here. We are raising a big chunk of money to spread bliss and increase world consciousness. We are going to Fairfield, Iowa this November, 2011 to become Transcendental Meditation teachers. The practice of Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique \"allows your mind to settle inward beyond thought to experience the source of thought "” pure awareness, also known as transcendental consciousness, or the unified field. This is the most silent and peaceful level of consciousness "” your innermost Self.\" (www.tm.org) 

Our guru, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, who brought TM to North America said:
\"We must stop thinking of small targets. We must start thinking big. Whatever everyone thinks must be well connected with the creation of Heaven on Earth and create a supreme goal, and that will come true. Don\'t fiddle with mosquitoes. Think big and you will accomplish it. Think of accomplishing Heaven on Earth. Heaven on the whole earth. Perfection in every area of life. Don\'t desire anything less than the supreme - for yourself individually and for the whole mankind. Because you will get what you desire.\"

So, we\'re thinking big. We have big desires to make Heaven on Earth happen. We\'re packing up ourselves and moving to Iowa for 5 months and opening ourselves to our own evolution and for the evolution of Transcendental Meditation. We are the next generation and we are thrilled to be passing on this beautiful tradition.

The money collected will go towards our tuition, room and board costs. We have already raised $10,000 and have some money coming in the form of grants, so this is the rest that we need. The education that we will take in to become meditation teachers is priceless. Remember, the money goes to our tuition, but to help by financial support is also helping Transcendental Meditation.
