Please support me in helping more girls in Turkey gain confidence and have more job opportunities by learning English.

For girls growing up in parts of Turkey, it can be difficult to fulfil their potential and lead a fully independent successful life. There is one skill which can greatly improve their chances of a successful future, but developing that skill requires the help of experts. Luckily, millions of people, perhaps you too, are already experts in this skill, with a lifetime of experience. This skill is having a conversation... in English. 
 
I started ‘Project Strong Girls - Guclu Kizlar’ in May 2019 to help girls in Turkey improve their English conversation skills. I believe speaking English can help girls escape from the limitations of their lives in certain regions where they don’t always have means to improve their language skills. English skills will allow them gain economic independence and find jobs easier.
 
At ‘Strong Girls - Guclu Kizlar’, we match volunteers who are willing to give their time to provide free private online English conversation lessons with Turkish girl students who can greatly benefit from the interaction.
 
In February 2020, I launched my app “Strong Girls – Guclu Kizlar” on App Store and Google Play to facilitate the process for volunteers and students to find each other. Up to now, we have 100 members, already >25 students have started lessons with a volunteer but we still need more volunteers.
 
I need funding to:
- advertise my project and the app to reach more volunteers and help more students
- develop my app further and make the process easier for users

This funding will not only help me improve the lives of these Turkish girls who want to learn English and raise their chances of finding jobs, but will also give you the satisfaction of helping these girls have a chance of learning a world-wide known language when otherwise they wouldn’t have a chance of learning.
