Privacy Fence for my Mom ASAP !

I have to start off by stating that my mom asked me not to seek crowd funding help because she does't want to be seen as my "needy mother".  I understand that but the thing is she's the complete opposite of that and those that know her would absolutely agree. She is the most DO IT YOURSELF kinda person I have ever met in my life! Even in her 70's and continues to do it ALL by herself and she likes it that way ! Here is the scoop. My amazing mother has a really shitty neighbor who refuses to keep their aggressive dogs out of my moms yard and asside from already killing one of her cats and making her feel threatened they have also done some serious damage to the pipes under her house (they love to chase the cats under there) and dug holes all over her front yard. It has been going on for over 6 months and even thought the cops have been called out several times it seems nothing is being done to resolve the problem. I really want to help her and although the ultimate goal is to get them evicted, for now I want to get a fence up so that mom can feel safe and comfortable in her own yard. Currently she is trying to convience me that is alright and she will use the money she has been saving to replace her roof and install the fence instead but I do not think it is fair that these assholes get to make her life a living hell AND  cost her money AND side tracks her roof plans. I felt it was time for me to rally the troops to see if we could help my mom solve this problem. Thank you all for caring. I really hope she doesn't kill me for doing this....I mean seriously, I really hope she doesn't kill me for doing this.
