Expenses during Cancer treatment

On May 4, 2017, our family received the tragic news that our daughter Priscilla Victoria Lizarraga, was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma bone cancer. The doctor advised us that the cancer had started in her right lower leg and aggressively had already spread to her hip, rib, and spine. Since her cancer is agressively spreading they started chemotherapy right away. All of her treatments are carried out in patient at Loma Linda Hospital. Every time she receives a treatment we stay with her in the hospital for a minimum of 4-5 days. We've also been going back to the hospital in between treatments since she's been in pain and been getting fevers. This event in our lives has been a whirlwind, roller coaster of emotions, and most importantly changed my daughters way of being able to lead a normal teenager life.

Priscilla is a huge Dodger fan who loves to play softball and is involved in sports at Chino Highschool. She loves going to school to be social with her friends, teachers, and staff. She's also involved with the youth ministry at St. Margaret Mary. She's completed her 1st year to do her confirmation and depending on her health will she be able to attend her 2nd year.

Her plans have changed for the future. She is aspiring now to be a oncology pediatric RN. She wants to be able to explain to her patients that she's been through the same experience and that there going to be ok.

We tell her this is temporary and once she is in remission we'll be able to get back to way things we're.

We have asked all our family and friends to send prayers to our family and daughter in our time of need. You all have graciously done so and I thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
