printforthecure.com is a web-platform which connects doctors and essential workers in need of PPE, with makers who can produce it at home. Here's how it works in 5 easy steps:
-Doctors and essential workers submit requests for a quantity and type of PPE through the website.
-Any users can view a national map of requests.
-Donors can register to see requests nearest to them, and to "claim" requests.
-After a donor claims a request, they are connected via email directly with their requester.
-The donor is then expected to create and deliver the requested PPE, although alternatives can be arranged (with the requester).
And that's a successful PPE transaction!
Funds will go towards reaching out to more makers and essential workers, and paying for services to run the website. With your support, we can connect makers and essential workers all around the world to provide PPE for those in need, thank you!
