Prince's Medical bills

My baby Prince was sitting in the window  11/14/2017, the wind blew the blind loose , it fell on Prince scared him and he jumped off the window. Here we are today after two vet visits, 4 X Rays with a fractured elbow. The bone is seperated and will not heal properly on it's own. I cannot apply for care credit due to finacial issues and the hospital will not preform the surgery needed until paid in full. Please I am beggin for help the longer he stays in pain the worse it will get. Please help me make Prince well .
