</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong> Repairing Rotted Exterior Trim – $15,000</strong>
</div>
<div>Decades of exposure have damaged the exterior trim, requiring specialized restoration to prevent further deterioration.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong> Repainting the Exterior – $11,000</strong>
</div>
<div>A fresh coat of historically accurate paint will help protect the structure and maintain its authenticity.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong> Replacing the Shake Roof – $19,000</strong> (estimated)
</div>
<div>The home’s historic split oak shingled roof needs replacement to prevent leaks and long-term structural damage.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong> Grading &amp; Installing a Small Gravel Parking Area</strong> – $5,000
</div>
<div>To make The Hollow more accessible to visitors, we need to install a modest parking area while preserving the landscape’s historic character.
