Pregnant single mother of two

I really hope someone can help me raise fund for pregnant single mother of two. 

I went to my work office (once a week since my company let us work from home) and was talking with that girl that works there during the day cleaning the bathrooms in the building and other spaces. She has two little kids (3 and other boy will turn 1 next month) she just told me that  she found out that she’s pregnant (3 months) despite being on pill. The problem is that her boyfriend of 5 years left her for another woman in September before she found out of being pregnant. They are not married and he doesn’t have papers so she will not get any help from him. She doesn’t have family here and in order to work she pays someone for babysitting.
I just felt so bad for her and would like to help her but I don’t even have much.
Can any of you help? I’ll appreciate any amount since she probably still needs pampers and have another baby coming. When I was driving back home couldn’t stop thinking about her especially now day before thanksgiving, I just feel that I have to do something.
