Praying for Bruce

In January, my brother-in-law, Bruce Hinrichs, was diagnosed with liposarcoma, a rare form of cancer in the soft tissue. He spent 5 weeks in Rochester, where he received daily radiation to shrink and contain the tumor. on  April 19th he will travel back to Mayo where he will undergo surgery to remove the tumor from his thigh. He will spend 5-6 days in the hospital and, at the least, the next 6 weeks rehabbing. At this point Bruce is unsure  how much mobility he will lose following the surgery. He will likely require subsequent surgery for reconstruction. We are praying for guidance for the surgeon as he goes in to remove the tumor & complete recovery! He will lose income from the time off from work since he has used all his sick time and there will be extensive medical expenses. We appreciate any help you can give and your thoughts and prayers as they continue this journey!
